HDS Architectural were appointed by HIAB Ltd to provide full architectural services for a new service facility in Leeming Bar, North Yorkshire. The building will be used for servicing and maintenance of their loader cranes.

The project involves change of use of an existing industrial building, along with extensive internal fit out works, creation of office and meeting facilities, internal workshop facilities and further external works.
